Shipping and Delivery Costs

The exact shipping cost and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout before the order is finally confirmed.

1. Shipping costs

The shipping cost and free-shipping threshold depend on the delivery country. Amounts are stated in the currency in which an order delivered to that country is charged.

We deliver only to the countries listed in the table above.

Where a particular country, region or postcode is not available during checkout, delivery to that address is not currently offered.

2. Free shipping

Free shipping applies to orders whose value reaches the threshold stated in the table for the delivery country, in the currency applicable to that country. The threshold is calculated from the product value after discount codes and other reductions have been applied, before shipping costs are added. The total cost of the order, including shipping costs, is displayed before the order is placed.

3. Delivery methods

Orders are delivered by:
DPD Courier
DPD Pickup, where this service is available for the selected country, region and postcode.

The delivery methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout.

4. Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Monday to Friday.

We hand the parcel over to the carrier no later than the next business day after payment has been confirmed, unless a different processing time is stated on the product page or during checkout.

The order processing time does not include the time required by the carrier to deliver the parcel.

5. Estimated delivery time

Delivery to the countries for which shipping costs are stated in EUR

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.

The actual delivery time may depend on the destination country, the recipient's postcode and the carrier's current operations.

Delivery in Poland

Delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 business days from the date the parcel is dispatched.

The stated delivery times are estimates and do not include public holidays or delays caused by circumstances beyond the Store's control.

6. Parcel tracking

After the order has been dispatched, the customer receives a message containing parcel tracking information, where this service is provided by the carrier.

7. Incorrect delivery address

The customer should provide a complete and correct delivery address.

Where an error is identified before the parcel has been dispatched, the customer should contact us immediately at: shop@inkycosmetics.com

Once the parcel has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may no longer be possible.

8. Uncollected parcels

Where a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected within the required period, we will contact the customer to agree on the next steps.

The parcel may be sent again after the customer has paid the cost of the new shipment, where the return occurred for reasons attributable to the customer.

Failure to collect a parcel does not constitute a valid notice of withdrawal from the contract.
